Julie Allen has been shooting still photography all of her life, from the ocean to the desert using a mix of more recent Canon digital cameras and Nikon film cameras. Her work will be similar to that of Eleanor Coppola when she was documenting the making of Apocalypse Now for her husband Francis Ford Coppola. Eleanor eventually wrote a book documenting the event called "Notes - On the Making of Apocalypse Now."

For Julie, "No terrain is out of reach."

Here she is documenting some early scouting for Tao of Surfing in White Sands, New Mexico.
